Capacity Limiting - We will control the amount of customers in store at any time to ensure social distances are in place when both browsing and during bootfitting.

Property hygiene protocols - We will disinfect all our equipment after use as well as all skis, boots and liners that are taken in for workshop jobs before returning to our customers.
Masks required - Employees and customers will be required to wear a mask or face covering at all times. Masks will be available at the front desk for customers without one.
Sanitation stations - Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at entrances and throughout our stores.
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces - Regular disinfecting with wipes, disinfectants and cleaning products on surfaces including counters, doors and electronic devices.
Distance markers - Markers will be put in place to ensure social distancing.
Screens at cash desks - Screens or plexiglass barriers will be installed where physical distances are not possible, including at points of purchase.
Cashless payments - We encourage the use of cashless payment by credit or debit card.
Employee and guest hygiene and health protocols - Boot Solutions has a strict policy that no employee with cold/ flu symptoms will attend work. This will be monitored on a regular basis
Practise good hygiene – Guests will be asked to wash your or sterilise hands regularly and cough and sneeze into a tissue or elbow.
Pre-book - We highly recommend pre-booking rentals online with us in order to allow us to better manage peak times plus giving access to a special reduced rate and free cancellation.
Transportation - Boot Solutions will use safety screens and regularly sanitise our vehicles when picking up and dropping off our guests
